- to invoke the blessings of the Rain God.

- in large numbers with flowers, incense sticks and lamps.
- Why did a little girl bring an umbrella?
- She had full faith in the prayer and she
- expected a torrential downpour. (heavy rain)
- she also brought it to go home without getting wet.

- the power of strong faith.

- some one told him about the gold at the foothills of the mountain. He collected his tools ,dug for gold.

- he saw the big pit. He came to know that someone had dug there for a week for finding gold and left the place with regret.
